VCF receive visit from Archbishop of Valencia

This Wednesday, ahead of the LaLiga Matchday 11 fixture against Sevilla FC, Valencia CF received the institutional visit of the Archbishop of Valencia, Cardinal Antonio Cañizares to honour the club's Centenary.
VCF president Anil Murthy, shared a few moments with him in the moments before kickoff. The Archbishop's visit to Mestalla was a return gesture for the team's trips to the city's basilica in March and May, following the club's Copa del Rey triumph.
Cardinal Cañizares was presented with gifts such as a commemorative picture and a copy of the official Centenary book.
